Portfolio Governance & Enablement Lead

Yorkshire Building Society Group is seeking a Governance & Enablement Lead to embed and run the change delivery governance framework across a portfolio in Leeds. You will ensure delivery is controlled, compliant and supported by high quality insight, guiding senior stakeholders through options, risks and trade offs.

You will lead governance forums, design steering materials and foster cross functional collaboration across delivery, reporting and risk. A flexible working approach is available.
