Service Desk Analyst (1st Line Plus/White-Glove Support)

We are looking for an experienced Service Desk Analyst (1st Line Plus) to deliver high-touch, white-glove IT support in a professional services/enterprise environment. This role requires strong technical capability combined with excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, particularly when supporting senior executives and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide white-glove IT support to senior executives and key stakeholders
  • Deliver 1st-line plus support across Microsoft, Apple, and mobile platforms
  • Troubleshoot Office 365 and Microsoft Teams issues
  • Support device builds, rebuilds, and provisioning
  • Resolve networking issues (basic to intermediate level)
  • Manage incidents and requests using ServiceNow
  • Maintain accurate knowledge base documentation
  • Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical users

  • Networking fundamentals (Meraki knowledge preferred)
