Description

Are you an organised and proactive individual with a passion for project delivery?

We are seeking a Project Delivery Officer to support the success of our IT infrastructure and services projects. In this role, you'll work within our Technology team to coordinate activities, manage resources, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, helping us serve the dogs in our care.

This is a fixed-term contract until 31 March 2027.

What does this role do?
  • Coordinate and monitor project activities, resources, and schedules to ensure efficient delivery.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, and objectives.
  • Track progress, manage risks and issues (RAID), and escalate concerns to maintain momentum.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including plans, reports, and financial updates.
  • Support internal communications and facilitate lessons learned reviews.
Could this be you?

With proven experience in project management, operations management, or team management, and familiarity with methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall, you are an excellent communicator with strong organisational and problem-solving skills. A driving license is essential.

What does this team do?

The Deputy CEO Directorate (DCEO) oversees Dogs Trust's internal operations, including financial, legal, IT, facilities, and governance functions. It collaborates closely with senior leadership to support Rehoming Centres, prevention programmes, and international efforts, ensuring smooth processes and excellent customer service to fulfill the charity's mission.
