IT Officer

Your mission?

• As an IT Officer, you provide first-line support to all users.
• You assist in solving their issues related to hardware, Microsoft/Open Office programs, security, backups, as well as server, network, and printing problems.
• You install desktop/laptop computers and peripheral equipment.
• You are involved in various IT projects.

Who are we looking for?

• You are communicative, customer-oriented, and stress-resistant.
• You take initiative and know how to set priorities.
• You hold a Bachelor's degree in IT and/or have relevant work experience.
• You have knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Windows applications like Open Office, Thunderbird, and TCP/IP networks. Knowledge of Linux systems is an asset.
• You are fluent in Dutch or French and have a good command of the other language.
