Job Title: IT Client Services Specialist

Location: Zurich/Effretikon

Duration: ASAP Until end of March 2026 (with potential of internalisation/Extension)

Work Model: Hybrid


About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused IT Client Services Specialist to join our team in Zurich/Effretikon. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for IT support, ensuring smooth and efficient resolution of technical issues while delivering exceptional service to end users. This is a unique opportunity to work in a global environment, including potential travel to support prestigious events such as Art Basel.


Key Responsibilities Customer Support & Service Delivery
  • Serve as the first/second-level support for IT-related issues via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues across desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
  • Log, categorize, and escalate incidents and service requests as needed.
  • Provide support for onboarding/offboarding processes, including hardware provisioning.
  • Support AV and collaboration technologies in meeting rooms (onsite and remote).
  • Deliver user training and guidance to ensure efficient use of workplace systems.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to the internal knowledge base.
  • Ensure hardware availability and manage IT assets effectively.
  • Configure, deploy, and maintain client devices (Windows/macOS).
  • Install, update, and troubleshoot software and operating systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to ensure infrastructure cohesion.
  • Maintain documentation of configurations and troubleshooting procedures.
  • Ensure client systems meet security and compliance standards.
  • Contribute to IT projects, including deployment and migration planning.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven experience in IT support or client services.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service orientation.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.
  • Fluent in English; German is a strong advantage.
  • Experience with device management, asset tracking, and system administration.
  • Knowledge of Windows OS, macOS, and mobile platforms.
