About the job

Based at San Clemente Palace Venice within the IT Department in Venice, the IT Manager is responsible for for supporting the IT world within the hotel. The IT Manager reports to the Director of IT.

As IT Manager you will responsible for the following duties:

• To manage daily IT needs and requests

• To assist hotel guests with all IT issues

• To manage the hotel's guest laptops and printers

• To ensure all hotel guest room equipment is in working order and presentable

• To ensure all Conference and Meetings are set up if requested for all IT needs

• To assist the staff with day to day issues

• To proactively prevent issues before they occur

As IT Manager, we expect from you:

• Fluent English and Italian
• previous experience in luxury hotels
• Computer system training
• College Education or equivalent highly preferred
• Problem solving
