Isle of Skye Restaurant Manager - Live-in & Growth

Cuillin Hills Hotel in Portree, Isle of Skye, is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our Food and Beverage operation with passion and a hands-on approach. You will oversee daily F&B activities, manage shifts, co-ordinate with kitchen and front of house, update menus and EPOS, and drive guest satisfaction while supporting a friendly, close-knit team on site.

The role requires leadership, customer focus, and a creative, proactive attitude.
