Investment Funds Counsel - Regulatory & Strategy

Taylor Root is seeking a skilled Regulated Funds/Asset Management Lawyer to join a leading financial services client in the City of London. You will advise on fund structures, regulatory compliance and governance across UCITS, AIFs and other regulated vehicles.

In this role you will draft key fund documents, provide strategic regulatory guidance, and collaborate with regulators, external counsel and internal teams on evolving market developments.
