Position Overview

Applications are invited for a long term, full time Legal Internship (Litigation). This role is specifically designed for law students who are serious about pursuing litigation as a career and are looking for sustained, practical exposure rather than short term or observational stints. Interns will work closely on live matters and gain direct experience in court practice.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Law students (3-year or 5-year LL.B. course) with a genuine interest in litigation.

• Commitment: Must be willing to commit to a long term, full time schedule.

• Skills: Strong inclination towards court practice, drafting, and case law analysis.

• Mindset: Serious, disciplined, and keen to learn through hands on work in a fast paced environment.

Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities

• Litigation Support: Legal research and detailed case law analysis across Criminal, Commercial, Matrimonial, and IP Law.

• Drafting: Preparing pleadings, applications, and various legal documents.

• Court Attendance: Assisting during hearings and gaining exposure to proceedings across multiple Mumbai courts and forums.

• Chamber Management: Supporting the daily functioning and administrative coordination of the chambers.
