Job Description

Interim Technology & Servicing Manager - Pontyclun

Pay £22 per hr Ref Hours Full time - temporary basis

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the day to day management of a fast paced Technology and Servicing department.
Lead and support teams across Admin, Engineering (electrical and mechanical), and Assistive Technology services.
Oversee stock management, equipment servicing, and the coordination of departmental vehicles.
Ensure high levels of efficiency, safety, and service quality across all operational areas.
Work collaboratively with internal teams to meet performance expectations and organisational objectives.
Uphold Health & Safety principles and ensure compliance across workflows.
Monitor and update databases accurately to support service delivery and reporting.
