Interim Technology & Servicing Manager - Pontyclun

Pay £22 per hr Ref Hours Full time - temporary basis

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the day to day management of a fast paced Technology and Servicing department.
• Lead and support teams across Admin, Engineering (electrical and mechanical), and Assistive Technology services.
• Oversee stock management, equipment servicing, and the coordination of departmental vehicles.
• Ensure high levels of efficiency, safety, and service quality across all operational areas.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to meet performance expectations and organisational objectives.
• Uphold Health & Safety principles and ensure compliance across workflows.
• Monitor and update databases accurately to support service delivery and reporting.
