Job Description

We are looking for an Interim Manager to lead a Learning Disability service, supporting the team and leading the day-to-day management.

Responsibilities

Day-to-day management of the service
Focus on culture, quality, and operations
Ensuring staff are supported and mentored
Work closely with Senior Team members and external stakeholders
Supporting teams to deliver meaningful, empowering lives for the people they support

Requirements

Proven experience in service management within Adult Social Care
Deep understanding of change management, workforce culture, and operational improvement
