Interim Director of Finance & Resources

The Organisation

Russam is working with a charity who are providing support and campaigning services nationally for people and the families of those who are suffering with mental health issues.

Role & Responsibilities

They have an immediate requirement for an Interim Director of Finance & Resources.

The organisation needs an experienced leader to help them evaluate their future shape, growth and direction.
Responsibilities will include leadership on finance, human resources and information technology whilst also supporting effective governance and decision-making by the Board through strong financial and risk management.

The Desired Applicant

You will have proven experience at this level gained within the charity/not for profit sector.
You will have comprehensive strategic thinking, financial modelling and forward planning skills enabling you to set a long
termfinancialstrategyandvisionfor the charity, whilst identifying and mitigating risks to protect organisational assets.

This appointment will be for 12-18 months, part-time 2-3 days per week working mainly from home with some meetings attendance required.
