Instructional Aide - Classroom Support & Student Help

Waco ISD is seeking a Paraprofessional/Support Staff to assist teachers with classroom activities and administrative requirements. You will work under supervision to support instruction and help manage student activities throughout the school day.

The role requires an associate degree or 60 college hours with a Texas educational aide certificate, plus experience with children. You will prepare instructional materials, monitor progress, and participate in staff development to improve performance.
