As the Installation Engineer, you will have strong technical skills in the use of power tools and plumbing. No product knowledge is required initially, as our dedicated 6-week City & Guilds assured induction programme and ongoing on-job training will equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.

Our Installation Engineers install various drinking water products, from retail environments to commercial and residential properties.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a world-class customer experience in every job, positively contributing to Area, Regional, and National NPS scores.
• Support the growth of Zip products and HydroCare services by exceeding your quotation targets as set by your manager.
• Achieve an industry-leading first-time fix rate through timely installation of all Zip products, adhering to technical, health, and safety standards.
