Job Description
Insight Graduate Black Heritage Talent - Audit Insight Birmingham TBC 2026

The largest of our UK practices, Audit provides insight, challenge and expertise to some of the world's biggest companies. We make a meaningful difference to those businesses and the wider community by examining organisations and ensuring that their published accounts provide a true and fair reflection of their financial position.

Programme Details

Over three days you will network with our colleagues, learn about what we do, and experience the difference we make to businesses and the communities we serve. The programme is offered to students who are in their final year of university or who have recently graduated, and is designed as a step towards a possible 2026 Audit Graduate offer, contingent on location and business area commitments.

Eligibility & Qualifications

The programme is open to students of Black heritage, including those who identify as Black, African, Caribbean, Black British, other Black or Mixed Black ethnic groups. To be considered, you should meet the following academic criteria:

  • 5 GCSEs at A -C or 4-9 equivalents (including English Language and Maths at Grade B or 5), or for Scotland 5 National 5 qualifications at Grades A-C (including English Language and Maths at Grade B or equivalent)
  • 120 UCAS points from your top three grades, excluding General Studies, under the 2017 tariff point system at A Level (pre 2017, 300 UCAS points) or at Higher/Advanced Higher Level for Scotland
  • On track to achieve a 2:1 undergraduate degree in any discipline

The Insight programme gives you a 3 day paid experience of working for a leading professional services firm, providing practical exposure, CV enhancement, and networking opportunities. If you are inspired to join us full time after graduation, you will benefit from exemplary training and development.

Additional Information

• 3 day paid Insight programme, scheduled June 2026. • You will receive a salary equivalent to the living wage salary.
