Inside Sales Administrator: Customer Experience & Orders

710 Crane Ltd. is seeking an Inside Sales Administrator in Ipswich to act as the primary contact for distributors and area sales managers. You will coordinate all aspects of customer service, including order processing, quotations, delivery checks, and follow ups.

The role requires excellent communication, a customer first mindset, and experience handling inquiries and issues across internal teams. You will use QAD daily and contribute to world class service for internal and external customers.
