Technical Project Coordinator - Azure Migration & CI/CD

We are currently undergoing a significant Azure migration program and are seeking a skilled Technical Project Coordinator to support this initiative and ensure a smooth transition.

Job Description:

Role Overview: As a Technical Project Coordinator at Proximus, you will play a crucial role in our Azure migration program. You will leverage your expertise in GitHub Cloud and Azure to facilitate the migration process and enhance our CI/CD pipelines during the transition phase. Your goal will be to ensure seamless integration, maintain high-quality standards, and drive continuous improvement. This role requires both strong coordination skills and technical knowledge to be actively involved in technical tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Azure Migration Facilitation: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and monitor the Azure migration process. Ensure all technical requirements are met and address any issues that arise.

CI/CD Enhancement: Collaborate with development and operations teams to optimize CI/CD pipelines, ensuring efficient and reliable deployment processes.

Automation Track Support: Assist in the automation track, providing support and guidance to ensure successful implementation and integration.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a liaison between technical teams and stakeholders, translating business requirements into actionable technical tasks.

Quality Assurance: Implement best practices for code quality, security, and performance. Conduct regular reviews and provide feedback to ensure high standards are maintained.

Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of the migration process, CI/CD workflows, and any changes made to the infrastructure.

Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Scrum Knowledge: Utilize your knowledge of Scrum methodologies to facilitate Agile practices and occasionally act as a Product Owner (PO) when needed.

Qualifications:

Experience: Proven experience as a Technical Project Coordinator or similar role, with a focus on cloud migration and CI/CD.

Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of GitHub Cloud, Azure, and CI/CD tools and practices.

Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.

Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.

Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile environments.

Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certifications: Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect) are a plus.

Experience with Migration Projects: Previous experience in large-scale cloud migration projects is highly desirable.

Best to Have: Experience with GitHub Cloud, GitHub Runners, GitHub Advanced Security (GHAS) and JFrog.
