Responsibilities:

1. Manage a caseload of litigated claims related to industrial diseases such as NIHL, HAVS/WRULD, and asbestos.
2. Advise insurers and corporate clients on legal matters.
3. Work closely with senior colleagues on complex cases.
4. Engage directly with clients to develop and maintain strong relationships.
5. Participate in marketing and networking initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Previous experience in industrial disease claims, especially NIHL, HAVS/WRULD, and asbestos.
• Strong client relationship skills.
• Interest in contributing to firm growth through marketing.
