Independent Non-Medical Prescriber - Addiction Care (Notts)

Change Grow Live is recruiting an Independent Non-Medical Prescriber for our Nottinghamshire service. You will join a multidisciplinary team to assess, prescribe and review treatments that support health, safety and recovery for people affected by drug and alcohol use.

You will promote harm reduction and person-centred care, contributing to safe, evidence-based clinical practice and service development across the county.
