Job Description
The In-house Solicitor will be:
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial contracts
Providing general in-house legal advice across various business areas
Supporting the business on data protection compliance
Collaborating closely with commercial and operational teams
Helping maintain strong governance and risk management standards
The Successful Applicant
The In-house Solicitor should be:
A newly qualified / qualifying solicitor with experience in a commercial team
Skilled in drafting and negotiating complex agreements
Comfortable providing pragmatic, clear legal advice
Knowledgeable in data protection laws and compliance- Able to work independently and as part of a small, friendly legal team
Experience having worked in or with a similar industry would be advantageous.
