HVAC Site Manager

Adecco Geneva is recruiting on behalf of its client, a recognized company in the HVAC and maintenance sector, a Site Manager for HVAC as part of a sustainable strengthening of its teams. Responsibilities: Manage small to medium-sized HVAC sites (heating) and coordinate the work of interventions. Monitor execution, respect deadlines, costs, and quality requirements. Supervise and manage teams: internal staff, subcontractors, temporary personnel (up to 20 people). Be the main field contact with project managers, general contractors, and other trades. Ensure compliance with safety rules, regulations, and current standards. Profile: Minimum 5 years of experience in heating and/or experience in managing HVAC projects. Experience in Switzerland appreciated, but not essential. Excellent command of HVAC on large-scale tertiary and housing projects. Ability to read plans and manage multiple stakeholders. Ability to manage several projects simultaneously. Managerial and personal skills: Leadership and authority on-site. Comfortable in demanding and high-pressure environments.
