Humanities Teacher Job Role

• Teach Humanities across Key Stages 3 4, delivering History and Geography, and RE at Key Stage 3
• Support students with preparation for GCSEs and functional academic pathways
• Deliver highly engaging lessons for small groups of up to 6 students and on a 1:1 basis
• Support students with SEMH, ASD, trauma-inflicted backgrounds, and behavioural challenges
• Assist with all aspects of the school day, integrating Humanities teaching with holistic care
• Provide the best educational experience for children in an Alternative Provision setting

Humanities Teacher School Details

This Humanities Teacher position is based at an Outstanding Secondary School, easily commutable from both the Cambridge Train and Bus station and all main roads into Cambridge. The school boasts exceptional facilities, including individual iPads for each student. Additionally, a second site has opened featuring a state-of-the-art learning environment designed to support practical and engaging Humanities teaching.
