Human Resource Manager (English and Chinese Speaking, £38k, Biotechnology, Cambridge)

We have an exciting opportunity for a Human Resource Manager role in a Cambridge based Biotechnology firm. The company is a major provider of genome solutions and services, with cutting edge NGS and bioinformatics capabilities, and it has grown to become the world's largest sequencing facility. The firm is actively looking for an experienced individual with English and Chinese skills to fill this role.

• A bachelor's or master's degree in HR or a similar subject is necessary.
• Minimum 3 years work expertise in HR management in UK businesses is required; commercial multi national company experience is preferable.
• Experience in human resources as a generalist/all around is required.
• It is necessary to be fluent in both English and Chinese.
• Knowledge of UK/European Labor Law.
