Nau mai haere mai ki tā mātou whānau Welcome to our Fulton Hogan Family We're looking for an experienced Instructional Designer to help us design and develop engaging and interactive e-learning modules.This is a 12-month fixed term role, in our national health, safety, quality and environment (HSQE) team, based in Christchurch. You will: Analyse learning needs and turn them into clear learning objectives and storyboards. Translate content into simple, learner-friendly experiences. Design and create relevant, high-quality e-learning modules in Articulate 360. Experience creating e-learning with the Articulate 360 suite including Storyline 360. A solid understanding of online learning design. Strong visual design skills.You will enjoy being part of a small, collaborative and supportive team, working autonomously and delivering high quality material to ensure learners' engagement.
