Job Description
Wise May is looking for an HR Operations / HRIS Assistant to join this forward-thinking insurance business in the heart of the City. This is a real opportunity to assist a growing HR team. Working closely with the Head of HR in an extremely friendly and supportive team. HR Operations duties will include:
  • Collaborate with the team and stakeholders to determine HRIS needs
  • Lead the implementation of a new HRIS
  • Provide training on using the HRIS
  • Work closely with IT to optimise HRIS processes
  • Prepare reports and conduct audits
  • Manage data compliance
  • Audit HR processes and documents
  • Support and assist HR Payroll and Benefits Advisor on all payrolls
  • Support the team on projects throughout the year
HR Operations skills required:
  • Strong administration and organisational skills
  • Ability to operate in accordance with the standards and rules of regulatory bodies
  • Data management experience
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Working knowledge of employee compensation and benefits
  • Able to develop and maintain good relationships within the workplace
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
