HR Manager (with payroll) %Our client, active in a dynamic and evolving environment in the secondary sector, is looking for an experienced HR Manager (with payroll) to strengthen its human resources department. Responsibilities Ensure all tasks related to the employee lifecycle: amendments, onboarding/offboarding Manage personnel files, work permits, social insurance, absences, illness, accidents, tax sources, family matters Be the HR point of contact for employees and managers and provide reliable, supportive, and solution-oriented assistance Participate in updating internal policies, HR procedures, and official documents Payroll & Social Insurance Management Prepare, verify, and transmit all necessary data for payroll (variables, absences, bonuses, hours) Monitor social insurances, LPP, LAA, IJM, family matters, etc. Ensure legal compliance and adherence to Swiss regulations Your profile Proven experience of 3 to 5 years in human resources in Switzerland, ideally in a small to medium-sized structure Strong knowledge of Swiss HR and social insurance.
