Its ambitious museum project explores new ways to bring collections to life and welcome audiences. In a multifrequency approach, it reinvents itself as a living cultural X and a true hub of ideas, in order to stay in tune with its time. To complete its management team, the MAH is looking for a Human Resources Manager at 80-100% Your mission and responsibilities - Deploy and ensure the HR policy of the service, in line with the institutional governance of the City of Geneva and the HR of the Department of Culture and Digital Transition (DCTN). - Lead and structure the HR sector of the MAH to optimize its operation, define objectives, and ensure the issues of the museum. - Analyze the institution's needs regarding recruitment and, if necessary, professional development, then propose changes aimed at optimizing HR management, particularly by implementing robust processes adapted to a project-oriented environment. - Strengthen the posture of HR partner as well as the effectiveness and transversal nature of the HR team. - Develop an HR master plan in collaboration with management and implement a skills development and recruitment policy. - Advise and support management, supervision, and teams in change management procedures, particularly in light of the upcoming transition. - Act as a key interlocutor for the HR department of the City and the management of DCTN for all HR matters, and actively contribute to decisions within the MAH management board. - Develop a proactive and innovative HR policy, and strengthen the employer brand. - Implement measures aimed at improving the quality of work life, preventing psychosocial risks, and enhancing team cohesion. Profile - Hold a higher education degree (master's degree minimum) in human resources or a related field - occupational psychology, social sciences, etc. - supplemented by HR training, or justify an equivalent qualification associated with recognized professional experience. - Have confirmed experience in a HR role with responsibilities, ideally in a cultural, artistic, or institutional environment with a strong image challenge. - Possess solid experience in change management, leading transversal projects, and managing teams. - Demonstrate excellent skills in conflict management and social dialogue. - Perfectly master French, both oral and written, and show strong writing skills. - Embody the values of public service and those of the MAH, while contributing to the development of an autonomous and innovative HR culture, notably through digital solutions for HR processes. - Show leadership, the ability to unite others, and agility in the face of change in a demanding environment marked by areas of uncertainty.
