HR Manager - Strategic Leadership Role Temp to Perm

What You'll Be Doing

  • Leading the full spectrum of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, training, and compliance.
  • Designing and implementing a new HR system and processes to improve efficiency and support strategic goals.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to senior management, offering insight and guidance on workforce planning and organisational development.
  • Staying ahead of legislative changes and HR best practices to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
  • Driving strategic talent acquisition initiatives and supporting key organisational change programmes.
What We're Looking For
  • CIPD Level 7 qualification
  • Proven experience in senior-level talent acquisition and HR strategy.
  • Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR compliance.
  • Proficiency in HRIS platforms and emerging HR technologies.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence at Board level.
  • A pragmatic, hands-on approach with a keen eye for detail and process improvement.
  • Commercial awareness and the ability to align HR initiatives with broader business objectives.
  • Experience managing suppliers and contracts, with a sound understanding of financial implications.
