With exciting changes on the horizon-including the integration of AI tools and streamlined processes-you'll be at the forefront of modernising the department and enhancing its impact across the business. What You'll Be Doing
- Leading the full spectrum of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, training, and compliance.
- Designing and implementing a new HR system and processes to improve efficiency and support strategic goals.
- Acting as a trusted advisor to senior management, offering insight and guidance on workforce planning and organisational development.
- Staying ahead of legislative changes and HR best practices to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
- Driving strategic talent acquisition initiatives and supporting key organisational change programmes.
- CIPD Level 7 qualification
- Proven experience in senior-level talent acquisition and HR strategy.
- Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR compliance.
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms and emerging HR technologies.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence at Board level.
- A pragmatic, hands-on approach with a keen eye for detail and process improvement.
- Commercial awareness and the ability to align HR initiatives with broader business objectives.
- Experience managing suppliers and contracts, with a sound understanding of financial implications.
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Skilled in drafting policies and HR documentation with clarity and precision.
- Confident in managing change and navigating complex interpersonal dynamics.
- Passionate about learning and professional development.
