Job Description
The Fribourg Youth Foundation (FFJ) supports children, young people, and families facing social integration difficulties in a residential environment. Committed to missions with high human value, the foundation works to promote social inclusion and autonomy for the children and young people entrusted to it. To strengthen its management committee, the Fribourg Youth Foundation is looking for, immediately or by agreement, a: Human Resources Manager - Finances. Activity rate: 90% - 100% Role: You are responsible for managing human resources and ensuring the financial management of the institution. You support the management and sector leaders in team management, ensure the legal compliance of processes, and actively contribute to the smooth operation and development of: Human Resources - Define, manage, and implement the HR policy of the institution - Oversee all HR processes: recruitment, employment contracts, amendments, and working conditions - Manage personnel: salaries, social insurance, absences, incapacity for work - Ensure compliance with legal frameworks (CO, CCT, LTr, social insurance, data protection) - Advise and support management and sector leaders in managing HR aspects (staffing, complex situations, conflicts) - Develop and update HR tools (procedures, regulations, internal directives) - Participate in staff development projects and manage apprentices Finances - Ensure current financial management of the institution, including salary management, social insurance, and financial reconciliations - Collaborate on budgets, financial tracking, and annual closures - Produce tracking tables and analyses useful for managing the institution - Ensure the quality, reliability, and integrity of financial and operational processes Management & Development of Staff - Finances - HR - Organize work, coordinate activities, and promote cross-sector collaboration - Contribute to a respectful, professional, and compliant working environment Qualifications: - Higher education in human resources, complemented by solid skills in finance (Federal HR Certificate, HES, university degree or equivalent) - Proven experience in a similar role, with HR responsibility and salary management - Good knowledge of accounting, budgeting, and financial management - Experience in team management and supporting managers - Excellent command of French (oral and written); good knowledge of German (min.
