Job Description
Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with the Senior People Partner, COO, and HR team on employment and people matters.
  • Coach and advise managers and employees.
  • Lead complex employee relations (ER) cases and ensure compliance with employment law.
  • Attend Executive Committee (ExCo) meetings to present and discuss HR matters.
  • Support talent acquisition and workforce planning across multiple entities.
  • Review, maintain, and update HR policies in line with current and upcoming legislation.
  • Oversee employee benefits programmes and provide recommendations and insights.
  • Contribute to HR strategy development and implementation.
Essential Requirements
  • Previous HR experience at Manager level.
  • CIPD Level 5 or above.
  • Strong employment law and ER expertise.
  • Ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders.
  • Experience handling complex ER cases.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Analytical approach with experience interpreting HR metrics and data.
  • Strategic thinking combined with pragmatic decision-making.
  • Willingness to travel to London, Windsor, and other locations as required.
