HR Data Governance & Compliance Lead

GXO Logistics is seeking an HR Compliance & Data Governance Manager to lead a growing People Services team in the UK. This role focuses on establishing and embedding the HR compliance, governance and data integrity framework across GXO UK&I, with initial emphasis on frameworks, controls and standards to support growth.

You'll lead a developing team of Compliance Specialists, collaborating with HR, Payroll, Legal, Risk, Internal Audit, HR Technology and Operations to strengthen governance and
