HR Coordinator - End-to-End HR in Theatre

Birmingham Repertory Theatre is seeking an organised HR Co-Ordinator to provide first-line HR advice and support to managers, ensuring policy consistency and best practice. You will lead end-to-end recruitment, coordinate onboarding and offboarding, keep accurate records, and assist with payroll, compliance and employee relations.

With CIPD Level 3 or progress toward it, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment, using HR systems, Excel, and presentation tools like Canva/Adobe.
