This is a *Amsterdam* based role with an excellent immediate start within a Global Technology Client that is working on *managing long-term and complex sickness absence cases*.

Our client is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner - Case Manager to manage long-term and complex sickness absence cases. You'll be the main point of contact for employees, managers, HR, and external health providers, ensuring smooth reintegration and full compliance with Dutch laws (Gatekeeper Act).

Key Responsibilities

• Handle the full sickness absence process for complex cases.

• Work closely with internal teams and external health professionals.

• Ensure compliance with the Gatekeeper Act and internal policies.

• Keep accurate records and provide clear updates and reports.

• Identify ways to improve absence management processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.

• 3-5 years of relevant HR experience.

• Strong knowledge of the Gatekeeper Act.

• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

• Comfortable working with sensitive employee issues.
