HR Assistant

About The Role

As a HR Assistant with Wren, you'll support employees and the management team and you'll work with colleagues in the HR team and your business area, to ensure the provision of a high quality and consistent HR service.

This position will be based at our Head Office at Barton-upon-Humber.

Main Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive HR support
• Accurately maintaining HR systems and HR databases
• Ensure fair and consistent application of HR policies and procedures
• Providing comprehensive written and verbal ER advice - including long term sick and performance
• Creation and distribution of weekly/monthly reports within the HR team
• Provide administrative support as well as note taking duties for the HR Advisor team when required
• Updating relevant paperwork and other ad hoc HR duties required of you

About You Desired Skills & Knowledge

• Good knowledge of HR and HR related procedures
• Strong communicator both verbally and in writing
• Ability to influence and constructively challenge
• Strong administrative skills
• Experience in collating and producing reports - including a good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Accuracy/ Attention to detail
• Basic knowledge of UK employment law
• Previous experience in either a HR related role
