HR Assistant

As a HR Assistant with Wren, you'll support employees and the management team and you'll work with colleagues in the HR team and your business area, to ensure the provision of a high quality and consistent HR service.
This position will be based at our Head Office at Barton-upon-Humber.

- Provide comprehensive HR support
- Accurately maintaining HR systems and HR databases
- Ensure fair and consistent application of HR policies and procedures
- Providing comprehensive written and verbal ER advice - including long term sick and performance
- Creation and distribution of weekly/monthly reports within the HR team
- Provide administrative support as well as note taking duties for the HR Advisor team when required
- Updating relevant paperwork and other ad hoc HR duties required of you
- Good knowledge of HR and HR related procedures
- Strong communicator both verbally and in writing
- Ability to influence and constructively challenge
- Strong administrative skills
- Experience in collating and producing reports - including a good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Accuracy/ Attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of UK employment law
- Previous experience in either a HR related role
