Position summary

We are seeking a product management professional to lead the development of customer-centric products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet and exceed customer expectations.

Job responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a strategic product vision that delivers value to customers, collaborating with stakeholders to turn vision into action.
  • Manage discovery efforts and market research to identify customer needs and incorporate them into the product roadmap.
  • Maintain and develop a product backlog aligned with the strategic roadmap and value proposition.
  • Build frameworks and track success metrics such as cost, features, risk, and reliability.
  • Present complex ideas and updates to senior leadership in a clear, concise manner.
  • Identify automation opportunities to enhance efficiency and quality of initiatives.
  • Drive process improvements and innovation in data analytics methodologies, tools, and practices.
  • Manage relationships with senior stakeholders and support product operating model transformation initiatives.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Significant experience in product management or related fields, with a proactive approach and attention to detail.
  • Deep knowledge of the product development lifecycle, design, and data analytics, with the ability to understand complex processes.
  • Proven experience leading product lifecycle activities including discovery, ideation, development, and value management.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with senior leadership and simplify complex ideas.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing environments and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Experience working with engineering teams and technical communication skills.
  • Experience in complex, matrixed organizations.
