INTRODUCTION JOB PURPOSE

This is a full-time role focused on testing raw materials and finished products. You will support routine Technical Assurance processes for Apparel and Non-Apparel product categories, maintaining accurate testing data to ensure accessibility for the Burberry Business.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Review and analyze weekly test failures for raw materials and finished products.
• Maintain accurate technical assurance data for seasonal product reviews.
• Communicate test failures that pose safety or quality risks.
• Record test failures and track resolutions with relevant teams, vendors, or laboratories.
• Assist in root cause analysis and resolution of test failures.
• Provide Burberry conditional approval for appropriate test failures.
• Ensure data accuracy for conditional approvals on raw materials and finished products.
• Support the provision of fortnightly data for approvals to laboratories and the China quality team.
• Investigate product integrity test failures reported by the China team.
• Use Flex PLM effectively, including loading reports and maintaining records.
• Participate actively in Team PDR.
• Assist in managing textile EPR.

• Science-based education or background.
• Knowledge of global technical assurance testing requirements for Apparel and Non-Apparel.
• Enthusiastic about working in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
• Highly numerate with an analytical mindset.
