Job Description
Responsibilities
  • Oversee a high volume of employee relations cases from start to finish
  • Conduct thorough investigations into employee complaints
  • Provide advice to managers and employees on employee relations matters
  • Create and implement appropriate action plans
  • Develop and deliver training sessions and workshops
  • Draft, review, and maintain accurate and confidential employee relations documentation
  • Work with line managers to ensure that absences are maintained within acceptable limits
  • Work with the local site management team to ensure the group culture and initiatives are implemented and maintained
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience with a focus on employee relations
  • CIPD level 5
  • Proven experience in handling high volume of employee relations cases
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Experience in delivering large scale change management projects
