Job Description
Responsibilities 
- Oversee a high volume of employee relations cases from start to finish
- Conduct thorough investigations into employee complaints
- Provide advice to managers and employees on employee relations matters
- Create and implement appropriate action plans
- Develop and deliver training sessions and workshops
- Draft, review, and maintain accurate and confidential employee relations documentation
- Work with line managers to ensure that absences are maintained within acceptable limits
- Work with the local site management team to ensure the group culture and initiatives are implemented and maintained
- Minimum 2 years' experience with a focus on employee relations
- CIPD level 5
- Proven experience in handling high volume of employee relations cases
- Excellent organisational skills
- Exceptional communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Experience in delivering large scale change management projects
