HR Advisor - Primary Care & People Engagement

Invicta Health is seeking a HR Advisor to join our team on a part time or full time basis, depending on candidate preference. The role covers seven GP practices across East Kent and interviews are planned for Friday 14 August 2026.

The HR Advisor will provide timely HR guidance on terms, disciplinaries, grievances, recruitment, absence management and organisational change, while supporting wellbeing initiatives with the HR Manager.
