Job Description

HR Administrator (Part-Time)

Birmingham 22.5 hours per week (10:00am-2:30pm, Monday-Friday) Office-based

We're looking for an organised and detail-focused HR Administrator to join our busy and friendly HR team in Birmingham.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a structured, people-focused environment and takes pride in delivering accurate, high-quality administrative support.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Maintaining HR systems, records, and personnel files
  • Updating our HR system (Cascade), ensuring data accuracy and GDPR compliance
  • Managing electronic and hard-copy filing
  • Coordinating internal meetings for the HR Director
  • Assisting with drafting contracts and terms & conditions letters
  • Supporting onboarding and offboarding administration
  • Uploading and updating HR policies on the intranet
  • Providing general administrative support to the HR team
What We're Looking For:
  • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Confident using HR systems and Microsoft Office
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • A proactive approach and the ability to manage workload effectively within part-time hours
