HR Administrator (Part-Time)
Birmingham 22.5 hours per week (10:00am-2:30pm, Monday-Friday) Office-based
We're looking for an organised and detail-focused HR Administrator to join our busy and friendly HR team in Birmingham.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a structured, people-focused environment and takes pride in delivering accurate, high-quality administrative support.
What You'll Be Doing:- Maintaining HR systems, records, and personnel files
- Updating our HR system (Cascade), ensuring data accuracy and GDPR compliance
- Managing electronic and hard-copy filing
- Coordinating internal meetings for the HR Director
- Assisting with drafting contracts and terms & conditions letters
- Supporting onboarding and offboarding administration
- Uploading and updating HR policies on the intranet
- Providing general administrative support to the HR team
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Confident using HR systems and Microsoft Office
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive approach and the ability to manage workload effectively within part-time hours
