Blue Triangle is seeking a Service Manager in Oban to provide safe, secure, supported accommodation for homeless people across Shore Street and Solas. You will lead a team delivering housing support and tenancy management, ensuring high-quality service delivery and compliance with standards.

You will oversee staffing, develop the team, and coordinate between sites, working Monday-Friday to sustain tenancies and promote independence for service users.
