Housekeeping Supervisor

We are seeking a confident Housekeeping Supervisor to become part of our Team at Temple Bar Hour Dublin. Our properties operate 24/7; therefore, the department works on an early and late shift, on a rotating basis.

Responsibilities

• Support the Accommodation Manager on leading the Housekeeping Team, ensuring that the standards of cleaning, hygiene, stock control and staffing are maintained. You will also support with the Training and Personal Development of each team member
• Plan, organize and supervise the cleaning services within the property
• Deal with suppliers, trade associations, outsourced partners, ensuring linen, uniform, consumable and staff costs are within budget
• Support the Accommodation Manager on all departmental communications
• Manage reporting and helps with budgeting for the Housekeeping Team
