Housekeeping Manager

We are now looking for a Housekeeping Manager to join our Richmond club. This role will oversee the housekeeping team and ensure standards are kept at an exceptional level within the club.

Duties

• Managing, mentoring and developing the housekeeping team
• Interacting with members daily and providing exceptional customer experience.
• Keeping all areas and facilities clean and presentable including the gym, reception area, lounges, studios, changing rooms and NFF (food area).
• Maintaining cleanliness of all fitness equipment.
• Keeping fresh towels and consumables stocked.
• Responding to special housekeeping needs as requested.
• Escalating any issues such as broken equipment, dispensers, burned out lights, etc.
