We are now looking for a Housekeeping Manager to join our Richmond club. This role will oversee the housekeeping team and ensure standards are kept at an exceptional level within the club.
Duties- Managing, mentoring and developing the housekeeping team
- Interacting with members daily and providing exceptional customer experience.
- Keeping all areas and facilities clean and presentable including the gym, reception area, lounges, studios, changing rooms and NFF (food area).
- Maintaining cleanliness of all fitness equipment.
- Keeping fresh towels and consumables stocked.
- Responding to special housekeeping needs as requested.
- Escalating any issues such as broken equipment, dispensers, burned out lights, etc.
- Experience of managing a team
- Strong attention to detail, takes pride in their role
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
