Job Description

JOB TITLE - Housekeeping Associate - Public Area
DEPARTMENT - Housekeeping
CONTRACTTYPE - Permanent
RATE OF PAY - £12.82 per hour plus fantastic benefits!
HOURS - 37.5 hours per week
LOCATION - Newport - NP18 1HQ

  • Experienced in cleaning (hotel experience is a bonus but not essential)
What You'll Be Doing
  • Maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness across all public areas
  • Ensuring front of house and back of house areas look their best at all times
  • Using equipment safely and responsibly
  • Following health, safety, and hygiene procedures
  • Supporting the wider team with a positive, proactive approach
  • Reporting maintenance issues, guest requests, or safety concerns
  • Being a proud ambassador for our resort values and guest experience
