Host HiStory Hospitality Slough Up to £36,000 per year

HiStory Hospitality are seeking a confident and personable Restaurant Host to join the opening team of a new dining destination within a stunning country estate in Buckinghamshire.

This is a unique opportunity to be part of a launch team, working in a premium countryside environment where first impressions and guest experience are at the heart of everything we do.

• A warm, engaging and professional individual with previous experience in a guest-facing role, ideally within a restaurant or hospitality environment.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to welcome and engage guests in a natural and confident manner.
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage reservations, guest flow and seating arrangements efficiently.
• A polished and professional appearance, reflecting the standards of a premium hospitality environment.
• Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, particularly during busy service periods.
• Attention to detail, ensuring guest preferences, special occasions and requests are recognised and delivered.
• Confidence using reservation systems and managing bookings (training can be provided).
• A collaborative mindset, working closely with restaurant and bar teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required.
• A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences.
