What You'll Be Doing

• Welcoming guests with warmth and professionalism as a key front of house representative
• Delivering excellent service by taking orders and serving food and drinks efficiently
• Ensuring the venue remains clean, tidy, and well presented throughout each event
• Communicating effectively with colleagues to deliver smooth, coordinated service
• Following all health, safety, and company policies
• Sharing menu knowledge and highlighting promotions to enhance the guest experience
